Please fill out the TEE9NYC contact form if you believe that your product is damaged. Exchanges based on damages are acceptable within 14 days of the purchase. Please include your receipt, a note with the reasons for return, and your contact information. Your contact info information includes your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. With this information we will be able to contact you in case we have any questions concerning your return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another TEE9NYC.com purchase.
